Sam and James head off from Durham to join Amy in the field, along with another truck load of field kit. Meanwhile Sean is left wondering why they don’t make post-grad students who fit in Land Rovers anymore!
All safely arrived in the field, and Sam and James join Amy in the hide, by sneaking past this male (Bowtie is his name) on his blind side! A nice illustration of the risks for male grey seal of getting involved in fights.
